I spent several years designing my dream home and researching products and building methods. I really liked the idea of ICFs (insulated concrete forms) for my basement walls which lead me to you. I wanted to say thanks for the time you spent educating me and my architect on not only ICFs but also Form-a-drain and Fastfoot for the footings. Being a rookie home builder I also appreciated the extra effort you made throughout the construction process to explain the science and philosophy of how everything worked, helping me work out details like window and door placements, and all the advise and insight you gave me on the whole process of building an energy efficient long lasting home. My rocky site and unique design (lots of 45 degree angles) created many interesting challenges but you made it all seem easy. In the end I have a foundation water-proofed from underneath with perfectly level and continuous drains inside and out with insulated, water-proofed walls. I am extremely happy with my choice of ICFs and ICF Building Company, I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to build a house that makes sense.
